Access

This portal is provided to authorised partners of Vnclk under a separate Partner Agreement. Access is granted by invitation only and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the portal only for legitimate business purposes connected to your engagement with us, to keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and not to attempt to access data or systems you are not authorised to view.

Confidentiality

Shipment, pricing and settlement information made available through the portal is confidential and remains the property of Vnclk or its customers. It may not be disclosed to third parties except as permitted by the Partner Agreement.

Availability and changes

The portal is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, and may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
