Who we are

Vnclk ("we") operates this partner portal for use by contracted carriers and freight forwarders. Questions about this notice can be sent to privacy@de1.vnclk.com.

What we collect

When you sign in we process your work email address and the technical data needed to keep the session secure, including IP address, browser type and access timestamps. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Why we process it

To authenticate authorised partners, provide access to shipment and settlement records, and maintain the security and integrity of the service. Access logs are retained for 12 months for security and audit purposes.

Cookies

We use a single strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies.

Subject to applicable law you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights contact privacy@de1.vnclk.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
